Two of my books, one book co-authored by me and the second book is written by me were Published by Taxmann, one of the leading publishing houses in India as detailed below :-

The first Book titled as “Compliance guide to Corporate Governance" - with check lists / specimen / formats published in January 2006 the first print is already sold out and the publisher is now planning to bring out the second print.

The second book titled as “ Handbook on Audit Committee” was published by Taxmann during August 2006 which was also welcomed by the professionals

Served a member in the Companies Act, Industrial and Commercial and Labour Laws Committee constituted by the Institute of Cost Works Accountants of India for the period 22 July 2006 to 21st July 2007.
